Package 1 - Pony Rides: $280+gst

Includes 1 pony or horse to ride for up to 12 children and 1 pony to pat, brush and feed over total time of 1 hour.

Package 2 - Pony rides and Catered party: $350+gst

Includes 2 ponies or 1 pony and 1 horse to ride for up to 12 children for pony rides, 2 pony leading handlers, Venue hire including tables, chairs, plates, cups, serviettes, catered food and drink over a total time of up to 2.5 hours.

Package 3 - FULL Themed Party: $450+gst

Includes 2 costumed ponies for up to 12 children, 2 pony leading handlers, decorated venue to the selected theme (see theme list as below), Venue hire, decorations, plates, cups etc, Full catering for children including drinks (see food list as below) and a Total party time of up to 3 hours.

Western - Marquee Set up only for outdoor party during dry months

Rainbow colours - Marquee during dry months or Party Room set up all year round

* The Venue for pony rides is in our OUTDOOR arena, if we have rain the party goes ahead as planned, so gumboots and raincoats are recommend.

* The party venue is predominantly in our INDOOR party room with its own Toilet facilities*

* Depending on the time of the year and theme choice, will depend if we will host your party in either our Marquees or in our Party room. We are only hosting parties outside between October to May (weather dependant) and can host through winter in the Party room but this WILL be a themed party as our inside venue is permanently set up. We do strongly suggest having a rain date in place for the months of potential rainfall.

* Catering for Adults is available with 3 different options - $ 9 per head gives you 2 food item, $12 per head gives 3 food items & $15 per head gives 4 food items. The food items are different from the childrens menu unless that is what you want. Enquire for other adult menu *

Cancellation policy:

If for any reason you cancel your Booked Pony Party 7 days prior to your booked date then you will not be refunded your 50% deposit.
